By accessing or using the website located at lynwoodasphaltpaving.com, or by engaging Frontier Lynwood Asphalt Paving ("we," "our," or "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access our website or engage us for asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, or related services.
Frontier Lynwood Asphalt Paving provides residential and commercial asphalt paving, sealcoating, pothole repair, crack sealing, parking lot services, and related pavement maintenance and construction services in Lynwood, CA and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to a written proposal or work order signed by both parties before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
All estimates we provide are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may differ if conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate - for example, if hidden base damage is discovered during demolition, or if the scope of work changes at the customer's request.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Material cost changes, supply disruptions, or significant market shifts after the estimate period may require a revised quote.
A written estimate is not a guarantee of final price. Any changes to scope, materials, or conditions will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
Work is scheduled based on crew availability, weather conditions, and material delivery. We will provide a start date and communicate any delays. Weather-related delays are common in the asphalt trade and are not grounds for cancellation without penalty.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Jobs cancelled with less notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee to cover crew and equipment time already committed to your project.
We reserve the right to reschedule work if weather or site conditions make safe or quality installation impossible. We will communicate any changes to you promptly.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following general terms apply:
Non-payment may result in collection action, including the filing of a mechanics lien against the property where work was performed, as permitted under California law.
To allow us to perform work safely and on schedule, customers are responsible for:
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work appears within the warranty period stated in your written proposal, we will address it at no additional charge. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
Except as stated in your written proposal, all services are provided "as is" without additional warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Frontier Lynwood Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that project. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
